Dubai Garage Holds Guinness World Record

Emirates Financial Towers was awarded the record for “Largest Automated Parking Facility” by Guinness World Records.

Royce Monteverdi’s Robotic Parking System Inc. was contracted for the design and construction of this 1,200 space automated parking facility. 

All of the machinery for the Emirates Financial Towers was manufacturered at Monteverdi’s 100,000+ sq ft. factory in Clearwater, Florida. Once the machinery’s automation components were programmed, the machinery was vigorously tested before being shipped to Dubai.

The Robotic Parking System technology is patented in the US, China, India, Russia and other countries. Additional patents are pending in the UAE and numerous countries throughout the world.
